We have a simple yet effective means of monitoring productivity which involves the completion of a daily work sheet that records the area covered during the day. In addition, any unnecessary delays or problems encountered are also recorded on a daily basis.
The day-sheets are completed and collected daily by our Supervisors who analyse them for productivity, as well as identifying any other problems not already passed on. Through daily monitoring of day-sheets, any problems encountered can be immediately identified and rectified without further hindering the productivity on site.
Majority of the products that are used in our trade are locally manufactured. Our commitment to maximizing the use of domestic products is limited to the extent of the specification. When no specific product types are specified or when an alternative of equal performance capability and quality are permitted, we are always committed to maximise the use of locally manufactured products.
