S&RB Electrical has set up controls where efficiency is maintained with our workers and by being efficient; the harmony in which our staff work within themselves and with the builders has increased. This is achieved by management being able to respond to the wants and the needs of the project quickly, therefore accomplishing tasks with the utmost efficiency. Harmony is further increased by social activities, organised through our Social Club allowing our team to form personal and social relationships with each other and management.
